Tiku Raval is an accomplished executive in the insurance and financial services sectors, currently serving as President of The General® since September 2019, overseeing a wide range of functions including Claims, Operations, and Strategy. With previous roles as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Administrative Officer at The General®, Tiku has extensive experience in P&L accountability and operational leadership. Prior to this, roles included Founder & President of Raval Ventures Inc., Senior Vice President of Strategic Development & Planning at Ironshore Insurance, and various leadership positions at Farmers Insurance, 21st Century Insurance, and AIG, focusing on strategic initiatives, customer experience, and Six Sigma methodologies. Tiku holds an MBA from Cornell University, graduating with distinction, and a BS from Boston University's Questrom School of Business, achieving Magna Cum Laude honors.
