Josh Welton is an accomplished artist and entrepreneur, serving as the Owner/Operator of Brown Dog Welding LLC since May 2008. In addition to their primary role, Josh works as a contributing writer for The Fabricator and The Welder Magazine since March 2014, creating content focused on welding and fabrication. Josh also has extensive experience in the military vehicle sector, employed at General Dynamics since June 2010 as a Driver/Mechanic in the prototype shop, specializing in Abrams and Stryker vehicles. Previous positions include a contributing writer for The JRT Agency from March 2018 to February 2020, covering Dodge & SRT vehicles, and a Millwright/Maintenance Welder at Chrysler from November 2001 to January 2009, where Josh received recognition for safety concepts and performed various maintenance tasks. Josh's education includes studies at Macomb Community College and Hillsdale College, where coursework in psychology was undertaken.
