Mickey Pedersen has significant experience in leadership roles within the YMCA organization, currently serving as the Senior Executive Director of Membership Facilities at Treasure Valley Family YMCA since February 2017. Prior to this position, Mickey held various executive roles at YMCA of San Francisco, including Executive Director and Director of Operations for Marin & Novato YMCA from April 2008 to January 2017, as well as Associate Executive Director for Richmond District YMCA and Director of Fitness Programs at Shih Yu-Lang Central YMCA from March 2002 to 2008. Mickey holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Science with a focus on Public Affairs and Communication from Boise State University, earned between 1991 and 1996.
