Joe Bardusk currently serves as the Superintendent of Industrial Projects at THE YMI GROUP, a position held since September 2021, focusing on sectors such as paper manufacturing and power generation. An Executive Board Member of the Pipe Fitters Association Local Union 597 since November 2014 and a Journeyman with Pipe Fitters UA L.U. 597 Chicago since October 1987, Joe brings extensive experience in heavy industrial construction. Previous roles include Field Superintendent at Pro Services, Inc., Mechanical Division at Stevens Engineers and Constructors, and General Superintendent at JJ White, Inc., among others, showcasing a strong background in project management and mechanical systems within the industrial sector. Additionally, Joe contributed to the Planning Commission of Three Oaks Township from 2010 to January 2015.
