The Fitness and Training team at The Yale Club of New York City is dedicated to promoting the physical well-being and athletic development of its members. This team, comprising a Zumba Fitness Instructor, the Men’s 4.5 Squash Team, a Training and Talent Development Manager, and the Head Squash Professional, offers a range of fitness classes, personalized training sessions, and competitive squash opportunities. Their goal is to foster a healthy, active community where members can participate in and enjoy various physical activities, tailored to their interests and skill levels.
