Janelle Williams is an experienced professional with a diverse background in program management and administrative support. Currently serving as an Eligibility Agent at Pine Grove Housing Services since July 2023 and as Manager on Duty at The Y (YMCA) since December 2022, Janelle has previously held positions as an Executive Assistant at Pine Way Group and as Director of Programming at Urban Alliance Inc from June 2017 to October 2022. Janelle holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Western Michigan University, completed in 2023, and an Associate's degree from Kalamazoo Valley Community College obtained in 2013.
