Lisa Browne has extensive experience in leadership roles focused on youth and community services. Currently serving as General Manager of Youth and Community at YMCA NSW since March 2019, Lisa has also held positions such as Head of Youth & Community Programs and Youth & Community Service Manager within the organization. Prior experience includes a managerial role at Lifeline Australia and Manager of South Port Programs & Services at Uniting Vic.Tas. Additionally, Lisa led youth and AOD services at Coast Community Connections from 2011 to 2018. Lisa holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from Charles Sturt University as well as multiple qualifications from TAFE NSW, including a Diploma of Community Services (Case Management) and Certificates IV in Frontline Management and Youth Work.
