Mikhail Arzumanov has worked as a Senior Design Director at XD Agency since August 2022. Prior to this, they were a Creative Director at Freeman Company from October 2012 to August 2022. Before that, they served as a Senior Art Director at Hamilton Communications from January 2009 to October 2012. Mikhail also worked as a Designer at Torque, Ltd. from 2008 to 2009. In addition, Mikhail worked as a freelance Designer from 2002 to 2007. Mikhail started their career in the United States Marine Corps, where they served as a Lean, Mean, Killing Machine from 1997 to 2001.

Mikhail Arzumanov attended The Art Institutes from 2006 to 2008, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Visual Communications.
