Nick Gardner has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and industries. Nick recently worked as the Senior Product Director at The Workshop - Inventors of Play since October 2020. Prior to that, they were the Head of Product at Profile Pensions from May 2018 to September 2020. From April 2013 to November 2017, Nick served as the Head Of Customer Service at Sky, where they led initiatives to improve customer and advisor experience and achieved cost reductions. Nick also worked as the Head of Customer Communications at Citi from July 2011 to April 2013. Nick's earlier career includes their role as a Customer Experience Manager at Egg Banking from October 2002 to July 2011, where they focused on developing and improving customer experience and collaborated with marketing teams on campaign activities.

Nick Gardner attended the University of Birmingham from 1993 to 1997, where they pursued a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree. Nick'sfield of study during this period was Law with French.
