She is proud to have been the Founder of The Work-Family Connection in 1989. Since that time, she has held every position in the organization as it grew from one to over thirty Before and After School Programs, Kindergarten Extended Day Programs and Summer Camp Programs all over the state of New Jersey. She truly loves working with the staff, the parents, and most of all seeing the smiles on the childrenā€™s faces.
