Sarah Rimmel is a seasoned consultant and facilitator currently with The Winters Group, Inc. since August 2021, and also serves as owner and coach at Slow Integration Coaching since February 2020, focusing on enhancing trust, collaboration, and inclusive leadership among teams and leaders. Previously, Sarah held roles at the University of Colorado Boulder from 2012 to 2019, including Assistant Director at the Center for Inclusion & Social Change and Program Coordinator at the Women's Resource Center. Additional experience includes consulting at Jackson National Asset Management, serving on the board at Boulder Valley Women's Health Center, and volunteering for various organizations. Sarah's educational background includes a Master's in Management and Organization from the University of Colorado Denver and a Bachelor's in Health Education from the University of Florida, among other programs in somatic coaching and leadership.
