Sarah (Morra) Qualters has a diverse work experience in various industries. Sarah started as a Research Assistant at The University of Virginia, where they worked on cross-cultural issues, romantic relationships, and residential mobility studies. Sarah then interned as a Marketing intern at The Ivy Group, where they re-organized and re-branded a local community college's website. Sarah also worked as a Research Assistant at The College of William & Mary, where they assisted with research projects in developmental psychology.
Sarah then joined Booz Allen Hamilton as a Consultant and later became a Senior Consultant, working on various projects. Sarah then interned as an Associate Marketing Manager at The Clorox Company before joining the company full-time as an Associate Marketing Manager.
Sarah also served as an SF Council Member at Out & Equal Workplace Advocates, a non-profit organization focused on LGBT workplace equality.
Currently, Sarah is working at The Wine Group as the Senior Director of Marketing for the Private Label / Corporate Brand Division. Sarah has previously held roles such as Director of Marketing and Senior Brand Manager, where they led brand marketing efforts for multiple wine brands and managed teams. Sarah has also been involved in launching new brands and managing strategic partnerships.
Sarah (Morra) Qualters began their education at Ridge High School, where they completed their high school education from 2000 to 2004. Following this, they attended The College of William and Mary, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Marketing. Sarah studied at the college from 2004 to 2008. Later, they furthered their education by enrolling in the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business from 2011 to 2013, where they obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Marketing.
