Christine Cruz is an experienced professional in the fields of speech-language pathology and education. Currently serving as the Coordinator of Language at The Windward School, Christine evaluates language demands in curriculum for students with dyslexia and developmental learning disorders, while also facilitating professional development for educators and parents. Prior experience includes working as a Speech Language Pathologist with the NYC Department of Education, where assessment and treatment were provided for various language and communication disorders. Additional roles have involved clinical practice, program management, and educational support across multiple institutions, including teaching and mentorship experiences in diverse settings. Christine holds a Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science focused on Education Policy and Reform from Vassar College.
