Marie Macdonald is an experienced organisational development consultant currently working at The Wilf Ward Family Trust and serving as a member of the Board of Trustees for Age UK Teesside. With a strong background in human resources, Marie has previously held senior roles, including Senior People Business Partner at Community Integrated Care and HR Business Partner at Thirteen Group.
