Matt Brooks MCIPD serves as the Head of Learning at Westmorland Family since September 2021. Prior to this role, Matt held multiple positions at Parkdean Resorts from January 2020 to September 2021, including Regional Food & Beverage Operations Manager and Regional Learning & Development Business Partner. Matt's extensive experience in training and development began at Centerplate UK, where as UK Training Manager from April 2012 to July 2019, responsibilities included creating diverse training programs for various operational teams in the Retail and Hospitality sectors. Previous roles also encompass Training Manager at both Centerplate UK and Novus Leisure, where Matt designed and delivered recruitment processes and training for high-volume venues across the UK, and General Manager for the launch of Lucky Voice Private Karaoke at Tiger Tiger Manchester.
