Emma Millward currently serves as the IT Systems Access Lead at The West Brom since July 2022, following their role as a Senior IT Systems Access Analyst. Prior to this, Emma spent nearly eight years at Tesco, where responsibilities included team management. Emma's career began at Barclays, where from February 2002 to February 2014, Emma worked as a Personal Banker. In this position, Emma was accountable for sales compliance with FSA regulations, meeting sales targets across various banking products, and managing a branch during maternity leave, which involved overseeing staff performance and adherence to regulations.
