Cidney McMillan is an experienced IT Project Manager currently at The Weitz Company since December 2018, responsible for preparing and managing project schedules, coaching team members on project management methodologies, and standardizing processes within the IT department. Prior to this role, Cidney served as a Business Analyst and Process Analyst at State Farm® from June 2014 to June 2017, leading process improvement initiatives and collaborating with stakeholders to drive business results. Cidney also worked as a Quality Engineer at John Deere from December 2011 to May 2014, ensuring product quality through quality planning and control, and as a Manufacturing Engineer at Cobham Mission Systems from January 2008 to November 2011, executing strategic goals and managing production quality. Cidney holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Iowa State University, completed in 2007.
