Ray Anater is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in sales, marketing, and engineering across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Webber/Smith Associates, Inc. since June 2013, Ray Anater leads efforts to promote the firm within the food and related sectors. Previously, Ray Anater held the role of Senior Sales Executive for LeMatic Incorporated, where international sales of packaging equipment increased significantly. Earlier positions include Director of Engineering and Development at The Peerless Group, President of Emtrol Incorporated, and culminating as F-14 Program Hardware Systems Engineering Manager at Hughes Aircraft Company. Ray Anater holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh and has furthered education at UCLA Anderson School of Management.
