Semi Clayton has a strong and diverse work experience spanning over several years. Semi started their career as a Software Developer Intern at Go-Groups Ltd in 2014, where they gained valuable experience in software development. Semi then joined the company as a Lead Software Engineer in 2015 and later transitioned to the role of Assistant Technical Manager in 2017. In 2018, they took on the position of Assistant Administrative Manager, showcasing their versatility and ability to handle different responsibilities.

In 2019, Semi joined DME Systems as a Software Engineer, where they worked until 2021. During their time at DME Systems, they further honed their skills in software development.

Following their tenure at DME Systems, Semi took on the role of Senior Software Engineer at Azenia in 2021. Azenia is a technology business that focuses on building platforms and systems for financial services in Africa.

Most recently, Semi joined The Weather Channel in 2022 as a Senior full-stack developer. In this role, they have been responsible for maintaining and developing new modules for PHP, JavaScript, and Java applications. Semi has also played an active role in ensuring the security compliance of the applications and configuring cloud deployment pipelines.
