Lorena Lim is an accomplished meteorologist currently serving as an On Cam Meteorologist at The Weather Channel since February 2022. Prior experience includes roles as a Meteorologist at Telemundo Utah 10 & 20 from July 2019 to January 2022 and as Chief Meteorologist at Tyler Media from February 2019 to July 2019, where responsibilities included weather analysis, forecasting, and live coverage of severe weather situations. Lorena Lim also worked as a Weather Forecaster at Instituto de Meteorología in Cuba and as a Research Scientist at the Instituto de Oceanología de Cuba, focusing on the meteorological impacts of severe weather on coastal processes. Lorena Lim holds a Licenciatura in Meteorología from Instituto Superior de Tecnología y Ciencias Aplicadas, completed in 2013.
