Violeta (Rasic) Addante, MBA, is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in strategic marketing and brand growth. Currently serving as a Strategic Marketing Advisor at Wawanesa Insurance, Violeta has held several leadership roles including Director of Brand and Growth Marketing at Sun Life, and Director of Integrated Marketing Planning and Transformation. Previous positions include Director of eCommerce & Digital Selling and Director Business Transformation - Marketing at Softchoice, and Senior Manager roles at Allstream, focusing on marketing programs and SMB acquisition. Violeta began their career at MTS Allstream as a Campaign/Offer Manager. Violeta holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A) with a focus in Marketing and Finance from the University of Toronto and McMaster University.
