Crystal Hiebert, SCMP®, has extensive experience in internal communications and marketing across various organizations. Currently a Manager of Communications at Wawanesa Insurance since November 2017, Crystal previously served as a Senior Internal Communications Specialist. Prior roles include Internal Communications Officer/Advisor at the Royal Canadian Mint, where responsibilities encompassed the development and execution of communications for 1,300 employees across multiple locations, and Manager of Marketing and Communications at the Winnipeg Art Gallery, overseeing marketing strategies and budget management. Additional experience includes serving as Communications Officer at the Manitoba Metis Federation and Media Relations Coordinator at Investors Group, where Crystal helped establish media relations campaigns and training. Crystal holds a Grade 12 certification from Ross L Gray and further education from UWinnipeg PACE.
