Paolo Grassi is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in international commercial transactions, regulatory matters, and corporate governance. Currently serving as a Partner at Gibney, Anthony & Flaherty, LLP since December 2015, Paolo represents various corporate clients and start-ups in cross-border ventures and M&A. Paolo is a member of the Business Advisory Council at StemSave, Inc. and previously held roles including Non Executive Director at virtual i and interim COO and General Counsel at Stonybrook Capital. Prior to these positions, Paolo was Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at AIG, overseeing international regulatory affairs, and served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel for Chartis International, managing a global legal department. Education includes an LLM from Fordham University School of Law and a JD from the University of Bern.
