Carol Sainthilaire is an experienced professional in the field of urban policy and community development, currently serving as the Executive Director of The Waterfront Project, Inc. since January 2023. Prior roles include Chief Executive Officer of Community Enterprises Corporation from January 2020 to December 2022, Senior Program Manager at CSH from August 2017 to December 2019, Program Director of Housing Assistance at the Hudson County Division of Housing and Community Development from July 2014 to August 2017, and various positions at Breaking Ground and El Museo del Barrio. Carol holds a Master of Science in Urban Policy Analysis and Management from The New School and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Boston University.
