Cara LaPorta is currently a Law Clerk at The Wagoner Firm PLLC, a position held since May 2023. Prior experience includes a Legal Internship at the New York State Department of Taxation and Finance from January 2023 to April 2023 and another Legal Internship at the Schenectady County District Attorney's Office from June 2022 to January 2023. Before entering law, Cara worked as a Program Intern at CLEAResult, handling applications and customer assistance in 2019, and an Operations Department Intern at Trustco Bank, managing customer debit card distribution. Cara LaPorta is pursuing a Doctor of Law (JD) degree at Albany Law School, following a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Union College. Education also includes a High School Diploma from Niskayuna High School.
