Daphne Littlebear, MPA, currently serves as the Research and Evaluation Manager at the National Indian Education Association since May 2022 and is also a fellow at the W.K. Kellogg Foundation. Previously, Daphne held the position of Tribal Data Champion Fellow at The University of New Mexico Health Sciences Center and served as Deputy Director of Research for Student Success at the American Indian Higher Education Consortium (AIHEC). Other roles include Education Administrator at the New Mexico Public Education Department and College & Career Specialist at Albuquerque Public Schools. Daphne's academic qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy in Justice and Social Inquiry from Arizona State University, a Master of Public Administration from The University of New Mexico, and ongoing studies in Sociology and Native American Studies.
