Megan Saba currently serves as the Head of People at The Volume, a position held since November 2023. Previously, Megan was the Social Network Manager at AXS Companion from May to November 2023, and worked as a People Ops & Talent Consultant while self-employed from August to October 2023. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at Hunt Club from August 2021 to May 2023, Business Recruiter at Artsy from September 2018 to August 2021, and Talent Acquisition at Namely from July 2017 to September 2018. Megan began a career in admissions as a Senior Admissions Officer at Barnard College from August 2015 to July 2017, following the role of Admissions Counselor and Alumni Relations Assistant at Tufts University from July 2012 to August 2015. Academically, Megan holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and European History from Tufts University and participated in a Semester Abroad at the University of Paris IV Sorbonne.
