Joanne M. Lim is an accomplished Agile Program Manager at The Voleon Group since November 2020. Prior experience at AXA Investment Managers from 2010 to 2020 includes serving as Director of Strategic Implementation, where Joanne managed global strategic planning and implementation efforts with C-suite executives at Rosenberg Equities, overseeing a portfolio of over 20 projects within six strategic initiatives. As a Program Manager, Joanne led a multi-year, technical migration, enhancing integration and efficiency from legacy systems to industry-standard applications. Additionally, Joanne worked as a Project Manager, developing processes to standardize project governance and reduce inefficiencies. Joanne holds a Bachelor of Arts in East Asian Studies from Harvard University and possesses certifications as a PMP, CSM, and CFA.
