Matt Lacroix is the President and Owner of Real Property Management Bay State West since July 2022, specializing in effective residential property management. Simultaneously, Matt serves as a licensed Real Estate Agent with The Virtual Realty Group. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc., where Matt advanced from Vice President of Marketing and Product Management to leading a global team managing a $650M portfolio, implementing successful Go-To-Market Strategies and achieving substantial cost reductions. Earlier roles at Newell Brands and Lenox saw Matt excel in brand marketing and product management, contributing to significant sales growth and cost synergies. Educationally, Matt holds a BA in Biology and Chemistry from Clark University and an MBA in Marketing from Western New England University.
