Sofia Ong is an experienced professional currently serving as an Intensive Care Coordinator at The Village Family Services, where a trauma-informed approach is implemented in communication and support services for foster youth clients. Previous roles include Social Skills Specialist at CBC Education, Inc., providing social skills training to children and young adults with autism, and Behavior Technician at Behavior Frontiers, delivering 1:1 in-home behavioral therapy to children with autism. Additional experience includes tutoring at iKids Learning Center, serving in various leadership roles at the University of Southern California, and working as a Research Assistant at Los Angeles Behavioral Economics Laboratory. Sofia is pursuing a Master’s of Science in Positive Psychology at Arizona State University, following a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology with a Minor in Occupational Science from the University of Southern California.
