Jannelle Napo is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in various prestigious hospitality establishments. Currently serving as Chef De Partie at The Venues Collection since November 2022, Jannelle previously held the same title at Amazónico Restaurants from November 2019 to April 2022. Jannelle's career began at Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts as a Kitchen Staff Trainee in 2012 and progressed through roles including Commis Chef at Crowne Plaza Dubai and Demi Chef de Partie at St. Regis Hotels & Resorts. With a Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Centro Escolar University Manila, obtained in 2013, Jannelle has developed a solid foundation in the culinary arts and restaurant operations.
