Ross Chavez is an experienced clinical supervisor currently serving at The Urgency Room since September 2024. Prior to this role, Chavez worked as a firefighter and paramedic for the City of Woodbury, Minnesota, from January 2017 to September 2024. Additional experience includes serving as a field sales associate at ZOLL Data Systems, assistant chief at Hennepin EMS, and paramedic with the MN-1 DMAT team, where participation in disaster response efforts occurred under federal orders. Chavez has also held various paramedic positions and healthcare roles, including at Hennepin Healthcare, Meeker County Sheriff's Office, LifeSource, Children's Memorial Hospital, and ATI Ambulance. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Latin American Studies and Pre-med from Carleton College, completed in 2001.
