Neda B. Levy is the Founder and CEO of Leo Search Partners, an Executive Search and Consulting firm focused on the real estate industry, established in May 2022. With over 20 years of experience in real estate and executive search, Neda supports national and international companies in sourcing top senior and C-suite talent. Prior to founding Leo Search Partners, Neda was a Partner at Rhodes Associates, where responsibilities included aiding Fortune real estate and private equity firms in building successful teams from March 2019 to February 2022. Neda served as Senior Principal and Chief Administrative Officer at Douglaston Development from January 2016 to February 2019, overseeing strategic operations and management functions. Neda also held the position of Vice President & General Counsel at Tahl Propp Equities from August 2005 to November 2015, and began a legal career as an Associate at Cooley LLP from September 2003 to August 2005, specializing in complex real estate transactions for major financial institutions. Neda holds a BA in Political Science/History from the University of Rochester and a JD from Temple University.
