Patrick Lew currently serves as the Director of Capital Projects Office at UT Health San Antonio, overseeing major capital projects since June 2019. With extensive experience in project management, Patrick Lew has held the position of Senior Project Manager with the University of Texas System since June 2001 and previously worked in the City Architect's Office for the City of San Antonio's Public Works Department from May 1995 to May 2001. Patrick Lew holds a Master of Leadership in Public Affairs from the LBJ School of Public Affairs at the University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Architecture from the same institution, earned between 1977 and 1981.
