Colin Dunham is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Talent Acquisition & Employee Services Business Operations Manager at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UTHealth Houston) since December 2016. Colin has held multiple roles within the organization, focusing on talent acquisition operations, human resources reporting, and process improvement initiatives. Key contributions include the development of metric capturing systems, the creation of analytical reports and dashboards to improve recruitment strategies, and the training of recruiters in the use of third-party technologies. Prior to UTHealth Houston, Colin worked at the University of Oklahoma in various roles including Graduate Resident Director and Learning and Development Intern at MSCI Inc. Colin holds a Master's in Human Relations and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management and International Business from the University of Oklahoma.
