Katherine Schmitt is a business professional with diverse experience in business development, global strategy, and people advisory services. Currently serving as a Business Development Intern at Recess Pickleball since January 2023, Katherine previously held positions at adidas as a Global Strategy and Programs Intern and at EY where Katherine advanced through roles from Staff Consultant to People Advisory Services Manager over a six-year tenure. Early career experience includes internships in human resources at Texas Instruments and as a brand ambassador for theSkimm. Katherine holds a Master of Business Administration from Texas McCombs School of Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University, supplemented by studies in Economics and Finance at the University of St Andrews.
