Kevin Frye is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the IT Manager for Windows Systems at the University of Tennessee since June 2014. In this role, Kevin oversees critical enterprise-level systems that support the University of Tennessee Knoxville campus, including Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, GCP, Google Workspace for Education Plus, Microsoft SQL, VMware, Citrix, shared storage, backups, and disaster recovery. Prior to this position, Kevin held various roles including Senior Systems Administrator at TeamHealth, Director of Engineering at Airtuit, and Senior Information Technology Consultant at Lockheed Martin Energy Systems. Kevin has a solid educational background from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and served in the U.S. Navy as a Data Systems Technician.
