Susan Butterworth is an accomplished academic and healthcare consultant with extensive experience in health promotion and education. Currently serving as an Associate Professor at The University of Tennessee Health Science Center since February 2020, Susan also founded and leads Q-Consult, LLC, which specializes in consulting and training for healthcare organizations through the application of behavior change science. Previous roles include Associate Professor and Founder/Director of Health Management Services at OHSU, where Susan established a pioneering health coaching practice, as well as positions at the University of Richmond and Chippenham Medical Center, where Susan developed innovative wellness programs. Susan Butterworth holds a Master's degree in Exercise Physiology and a PhD in Adult Education & Training with a focus on health promotion from Virginia Commonwealth University.
