Francis Roberts is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in workplace relations and employee management. Currently serving as a Specialist Workplace Relations Consultant at The University of Queensland since October 2023, Francis previously held the position of Senior HR Business Partner at Unitywater. Earlier roles include People & Culture Business Partner at CouriersPlease and Senior Employee Relations Manager at University College London, where responsibilities encompassed leading an Employee Relations team and providing specialist advice. With earlier experience as HR People Partner at King's College London and various HR roles in organizations such as the Royal College of Nursing and Avon, Francis has developed a strong background in strategic HR, employee relations, recruitment, and organizational development.
