Melanie Hitchcock currently serves as the Senior Director of Development at The University of New Mexico Foundation, Inc., where responsibilities include planning and implementing comprehensive development initiatives for the university's Anderson School of Management. Prior to this role, Melanie Hitchcock spent nearly two decades at Presbyterian Healthcare Services, advancing from Director of Development to Vice President of Annual Giving, overseeing gift strategy and achieving significant fundraising revenues. In an earlier position as Development Director for the Alzheimer's Association, New Mexico Chapter, Melanie Hitchcock managed fundraising efforts across multiple offices while fostering relationships with corporate sponsors. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Policy & Planning/Public Relations from UNM Anderson School of Management and a BBA in Business Management & Economics from Lincoln Memorial University.
