Simon Craddock Lee currently serves as the Associate Director for cancer workforce equity at The University of Kansas Cancer Center and is the Chair and Sosland Family Professor of Preventive Medicine at the University of Kansas Medical Center. Prior experience includes roles as Associate Professor of Population and Data Sciences at UT Southwestern Medical Center, where Simon Craddock Lee led research and mentoring in mixed methods design and healthcare delivery research, and as a Cancer Prevention Fellow at the National Cancer Institute, focusing on cancer control and prevention research related to race and ethnicity. Earlier professional experiences include positions as a graduate resident at Dignity Health and program coordinator at Funders Concerned About AIDS. Academic credentials include a PhD in Medical Anthropology from the University of California, San Francisco, along with multiple degrees from the University of California, Berkeley, Yale University, and United Nations International School.
