Dr Frances McGregor is a Senior Lecturer in Human Resource Management at the University of Huddersfield since February 2013, where Dr Frances also serves as Course Leader for the Postgraduate Diploma in HRM/HRD and MSc in Strategic HR Management. In addition to academic roles, Dr McGregor has been actively involved with the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, serving as the Immediate Past Council Representative and Branch Chair for West Yorkshire CIPD. Previous experience includes positions such as Regional HR Business Partner for Policing Yorkshire & The Humber and Personnel Officer at West Yorkshire Police. Dr McGregor holds a Doctor of Business Administration focused on Workplace Bullying and a Master's Degree in Human Resource Management, both from the University of Huddersfield.
