Melissa Arnold is an experienced professional in talent management and acquisition, currently serving as a Talent Management Specialist at UChicago Medicine and as a Talent Acquisition Recruiter at Hueman Your RPO Partner since May 2018. Prior to these roles, Melissa held key positions including Office Manager at ASANA WELLNESS CENTER, LLC from March 2016 to March 2018, and Operations Manager at LA Fitness for a brief period in late 2015. A significant part of Melissa's career was spent at The HIt Center, where Melissa served as Director from August 2003 to December 2015, and was promoted to Executive Director in January 2015 after serving as Programs Director from 2005 to 2014. Melissa earned a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology from Marshall University between 1998 and 2001.
