Brenna Sloane, MBA, LSSGB, currently holds the position of Senior Quality Improvement Project Manager at UChicago Medicine, where responsibilities include leading quality improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodology. Previously, Brenna served as Patient Experience Program Manager at the University of Miami Health System, overseeing patient experience programs for various oncology service lines. Prior experience also includes roles as Senior Performance Improvement Analyst and Performance Improvement Advisor at Jackson Health System, where Brenna led performance improvement projects and managed Unit Based Teams. Earlier career experiences include roles as a Music Therapist and Lead Therapist, where Brenna developed therapeutic programs for various populations, and as a Prevention Specialist focusing on substance abuse education for adolescents.
