Richard Story has over 25 years of experience in sales and account management within the steel industry. Currently serving as a Sales Representative at Universal Steel since July 2019, Richard previously held positions as an Account Manager at Steel Technologies and Steel Warehouse, as well as a Sales Representative at Cargill. Richard began the career at AK Steel Corporation as an Account Manager, where tenure lasted almost 12 years. Educationally, Richard holds a Master of Business Administration from Xavier University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Cincinnati.
