James (Jim) O'Quinn is a retired clergy and pastoral counselor who has served in various ministerial roles within The United Methodist Church since 1976. James (Jim) has worked as a Senior Minister, Pastor, Director of Congregational Excellence, and Case Manager, specializing in pastoral counseling, clergy mentoring, and working with perpetrators and victims of abuse. O'Quinn holds a D.Min. in Pastoral Counseling, a M.Div. in Theology, a BA in Religion, and a Master's Degree in Clinical Counseling.
