Luis Garcia Morales is an experienced social worker with a professional background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a social worker at the United Federation of Teachers since October 2021 and the NYC Department of Education since December 2013, Luis has previously worked at Democracy Prep Public Schools and Inwood House. Luis holds a Master's degree in Social Work from Columbia University and a Master's degree in Special Education and Teaching from Bank Street College of Education. Additionally, Luis obtained a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Ateneo de Manila University and has pursued studies at NYU Tisch Art and Public Policy.
