Christina Eriksen is an experienced professional in the hospitality and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as a waiter at The Union Kitchen since December 2021, Christina has also held roles as a project coordinator at Fortynine Agency and a student assistant at KiAP - Kvalitet i Almen Praksis. Past experiences include working as a server at Bryggeri Skovlyst and a hostess at Restaurant Havfruen. Christina’s educational background includes ongoing studies in Health and Informatics at the University of Copenhagen, alongside a professional bachelor's degree in nursing from Københavns Professionshøjskole. Additional qualifications include training as a personal trainer from Paul Petersens Idrætsinstitut and an STX diploma from Egedal Gymnasium.
