The Project Management Team at The Ubele Initiative is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing a variety of community-focused projects that drive social and economic change. This team ensures projects align with Ubeleā€™s mission of empowering Black and Minoritised communities, by coordinating efforts among community leaders, groups, and organisations. Key tasks include resource allocation, timeline management, stakeholder engagement, and performance tracking to strengthen the sustainability, resilience, and voice of the communities served.
