James Lim is an experienced professional with a strong background in operations and recruitment. Currently serving as Head of Operations at The U Group & Co, James is focused on enhancing transparency in the data industry. Prior to this role, James held various positions at Verse Group, including Divisional Manager for Applications and Data, where the focus was on consultative recruitment to support business transformation in Western Australia. James gained valuable experience as a Senior Consultant at Professional Search Group and developed business communications and social media strategies at Membership Engagement Services. James also has a foundational background in project support, business development, and digital management across multiple organizations. Academic qualifications include a Master of Arts in Sports and Coach Development from the University of Bath and a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management from the University of Plymouth.
